HOW IT'S MADE

The Painting: Hand-painted by B.Star using fibre-reactive dyes on silk. Each piece is painted wet-on-wet, allowing the colours to migrate and blend unpredictably so no two original paintings are ever identical.

The Frame: The painted silk is stretched across a timber frame to dry in natural light. Atmospheric movement and drying tension become integral, unrepeatable variables in the final artwork.

The Object: Digitised and printed onto pure silk habotai, the finished scarf captures the full colour spectrum and tonal variations of the original hand-applied artwork.

CARE

Gentle cold hand wash using a dedicated silk detergent. Do not wring or twist. Lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Cool iron on reverse side while slightly damp if required.
