What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Because our pieces are uniquely designed and meticulously handcrafted, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are more than happy to help you find something you love by offering an exchange or a store credit note.

Guidelines for Exchanges & Credit Notes

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt.

How it Works

  1. Get in Touch: Send an email to b.star@b108.design with your order number and the reason for the return. Let us know if you would prefer an exchange or a credit note.
  2. Send it Back: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
  3. Receive Your Credit/Exchange: As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your store credit note via email or process your exchange.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately at b.star@b108.design with photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you right away.

What is the leadtime?

Shipping times vary by item. Please check individual product pages for specific delivery details.

We are working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once it is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with all your tracking details. Please note that final delivery times will vary based on your location and the type of shipping service you select.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds. Please read our Return Policy above for full details.

Where Our Products Are Made

We believe in thoughtful design and transparency in our manufacturing process. Here is how our collections come to life:

  • Fitness Collection: Proudly and entirely made in Sydney, Australia.
  • Fashion Collection: Designed, developed, and currently undergoing sampling right here in Sydney.
  • Our Launch Accessory (The Scarf): Each scarf begins its journey in Sydney, where it is conceptualized and hand-painted on raw silk. This artwork is then digitally transformed and sent to Suzhou, China—the world's premier region for silk craftsmanship—for precision digital printing.
What materials are used?

Our material choices are guided by a circular design philosophy: durable, functional, and reusable. Where possible, we use natural, deadstock and recycled materials. Check each product page for full details.

B108 was born at the prestigious Fashion Design Studio in Sydney, where our founder, B.Star, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2026.

As the creative evolution of Hoop Empire—a vibrant world built on hula hoops and community love—B108 explores the core of circular design through a fashion and textiles lens. Our mission is to hone the hoop to its most essential, least wasteful, and highly celebrated form, merging movement with conscious, elevated design.

HOOP EMPIRE

What happened to Hoop Empire?

Hoop Empire was our founder, B.Star's original platform and a celebrated movement-art community. Its story began in Sydney in 2005 as The Hoopaholics - Australia’s first hula hoop performance troupe. That rich, two-decade legacy of teaching thousands to find their flow, pioneering performance-grade equipment, and creating immersive experiences is now deeply woven into the DNA of B108.

After completing a Bachelor of Fashion Design, B.Star transitioned the energy of Hoop Empire into a dedicated design studio- focusing on the study of circular design through the intersection of movement, fashion, and artful objects.

Today, our focus has shifted to a more conscious, contemplative, and premium form of flow. By pivoting to sustainable fashion and slow-made textiles, we facilitate the exact feelings of embodied connection and sanctuary we have always prioritised - now expressed through fine art and premium objects. We are no longer just teaching movement; we are engineering it into your everyday life.

Consider B108 a continuation of the same core values: responsible art, tactile experience, and profound, conscious movement.

Can I still order Hoop Empire products?

Yes. We have distilled our legacy into 'the one hoop to rule them all' - engineered with the ultimate universal weight and responsiveness, available in two curated sizes for adults and children. By streamlining our collection, we reduce production waste, enhance focus, and bring a highly intentional approach to our movement tools.

What if I have a Hoop Empire product that needs repair?
