Because our pieces are uniquely designed and handcrafted, we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

We offer full monetary refunds, replacements, or repairs for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

What is the shipping leadtime?
Order Processing & Handling
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless a custom lead time is specified on the individual product page.
Transit Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times vary by location via Australia Post:

New Zealand: 3–5 business days

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
All B108 products are designed, finished, and dispatched directly from our studio in Sydney, Australia.
Are taxes added at checkout?
No. As an Australian boutique studio not registered for GST, no GST is charged or added to your order - the price you see on the product page is the final product price.
What currency will I be charged in?
Our prices automatically adapt to your local currency based on your location. At checkout, your payment will be processed seamlessly in your local currency using live market exchange rates.

Where are your products made?
We believe in thoughtful design and transparency in our manufacturing process. Here is how our collections come to life:
- Movement Objects (Hoops & Weights): Proudly and entirely made in Sydney, Australia.
- Wearables: Designed, developed, and currently undergoing sampling right here in Sydney.
- Our Launch Accessory (The Ember / Tectonic Scarf Collection): Each scarf begins its journey in Sydney, where original artwork is conceptualised and hand-painted on raw silk. This artwork is then digitally transformed and sent to Suzhou, China - the world's premier region for silk craftsmanship - for precision digital printing and finishing with a hand-rolled hem.
What materials are used?
Our material choices are guided by a circular design philosophy: durable, functional, and reusable. Where possible, we use natural, deadstock, and recycled materials. Please check individual product pages for specific material breakdowns and care details.

Absolutely! We love collaborating on custom projects. Send an email to shop@b108.design with your ideas, requirements, and timeline, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
What is the history of B108?
B108 was born at the prestigious Fashion Design Studio in Sydney, where our founder, B.Star, graduated with a bachelor's degree in 2026.
As the creative evolution of Hoop Empire - a vibrant world built on hula hoops and community love - B108 explores the core of circular design through a fashion and textiles lense. Our mission is to hone the hoop to its most essential, least wasteful, and highly celebrated form, while merging movement with conscious, elevated fashion design.
