Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Because our pieces are uniquely designed and meticulously handcrafted, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are more than happy to help you find something you love by offering an exchange or a store credit note.

Guidelines for Exchanges & Credit Notes

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt.

How it Works

  1. Get in Touch: Send an email to b.star@b108.design with your order number and the reason for the return. Let us know if you would prefer an exchange or a credit note.
  2. Send it Back: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
  3. Receive Your Credit/Exchange: As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your store credit note via email or process your exchange.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
