Dance hoops are much lighter (under 500g) and designed for speed and agility. While fitness hoops are weighted to stay on the waist, dance hoops are built for off-body tricks, tosses, and fast transitions.
What size should I choose?
Adult beginners typically thrive with 100cm diameter hoops as they spin slower and offer more control. Kids and advanced flow artists often prefer 85cm.
What material are these made of?
Our dance hoops are crafted from high-quality recycled HDPE, known for its responsive feel and shape memory.
Is this good for a workout?
